Existing conventual properties which have been treated by the CUCQ in recent years

Bellevue alleys (Blessed Sacrament) project "contemporary architecture and respectful of the surrounding buildings," in the words of the promoter, Norplex. It includes 126 condos and 11 townhouses, which rise on the site of the former Bellevue College.

Condos of Mount Tabor (Limoilou) project, replacing the Mount Tabor Convent on the avenue of the same name, has sought to integrate the chapel to all provided which has a total number of dwellings buildings. A project supported by Concept St. Lawrence.
